WHAT A DAY!
Our hearts (and our village!) are full after an incredible Kids Easter Tractor Run on Sunday. The sun shone down on Ballyboughal GFC as a sea of tractors, bikes, and scooters took over, keeping one of our favorite club traditions alive in the best way possible.
Most importantly, Sunday was about supporting the Dublin Down Syndrome Centre, and the community spirit on display was nothing short of legendary.
SPECIAL THANKS TO:
Sam Loughran: Our fantastic Grand Marshall who led the way with style!
Danny & Trish McGill: The driving force who ran the show from beginning to end—we couldn’t have done it without your hard work.
Our Local Farmers: For bringing the "Big" machines for the kids to see! A huge thanks to John Kearns, Jetview Farm, Rodgers, Keoghs, Ian O'Dwyer, Corbally's, and Paud Flynn & Sons.
The G4MOs & Bakers: For the incredible Bake Sale and to everyone who donated treats, including Giddy Up Cup Coffee.
The McGill Girls: For keeping everyone looking festive at the Tattoo Station!
John Morton: For providing the marquee to keep us all set up.
The Easter Bunny & Friends: A massive shoutout to the Bunny, Lion, Unicorn, and Hen for the magic and the smiles!
Lauren Wogan: For ensuring everyone had a coffee in their hand and single handily managing Over The Bar Coffee shop.
Finally, a massive THANK YOU to every single person who helped out on the day, cheered from the sidelines, and donated so generously.
IT’S NOT TOO LATE TO DONATE!
We are so close to a record-breaking total for the Dublin Down Syndrome Centre. If you enjoyed the day and would like to contribute, or if you couldn't make it but want to support this brilliant charity, the link is still open:
